Shout out to MyRyde who recently drove my mother, who has Alzheimer’s, to her doctors appointment. After she refused using her wheelchair, the driver went out of his way to help her in and out of the van, walked her into the office, checked her in for the appointment, and made sure she was comfortable. How far in advance do I need to schedule my ride?

We request at least 72 hours in advance

72 Hour Notice = Guaranteed Ride

24 Hour Notice = Probably Can

Less than 24 Hour Notice = Subject to Driver and Vehicle Availability
